SMALL PET WELCOME
SMALL PETS:

The Grand Hotel Plaza Roma welcomes well behaved pets as guests. It is also possible to book the Plaza DogSet, a complete kit designed to help make your little friend's stay even more comfortable. Kindly find the following guidelines:

  • All guests checking into the hotel with pets must sign the Pet Policy Agreement
  • The hotel will charge 35 euros (VAT included) service fee per stay for guests with pets.
  • This fee will offset the additional cleaning expense incurred
  • Pets may not be left unattended in the hotel room
  • Pets may not exceed more than 6 kg
  • Pets are not allowed in any food service area
  • Pets must be kept on a leash in public areas and you must clean up after your pet
  • Cell phone # must be provided at check in
  • There is a maximum allowance of 2 pets per room
  • Housekeeping may not service rooms with unattended pets, please call to schedule a convenient time to have your rooms serviced
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with the pet friendly policies of the Grand Hotel Plaza.
